Cheap: poor quality ,not expensive ,negative word
Flimsy: poor , break easily
Act up: have problem, create problem , stop working
Top dollar: very high price , very expensive ,
Bells and whistles: in every thing you buy usually technology ,features
Like,the cell phone==>mp3 player
Sturdy: not break,strong,reliable

Hideous: very ugly, negative words, very bad
Get over it: something bad happened in your normal life ,(you need stop worry it)
Style over substance: very beautiful , but it does not work well, not useful and functional
