When I type"Gulliver's Travels +yahoo".
There is one of my anser "Yahoo (Gulliver's Travels) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia"

When I type"[intex]:Gulliver's Travels yahoo".
This is what I find,"Yahoo! The word was invented by Jonathan Swift and ..."&"Gulliver's Travels: Sources of word Yahoo".

In the end,I type"define:Yahoo",and then it say...

Big&Large 10/9 Assingment 3

Is there any rule governing the use of "big" and "large"?
I think that the answer is "Yes!"
Sometime it is the same usage but it can be a lot of different to use them.

"A large of number(amount)"is more than"a number(amount) of".
You can describe how many by large .
For explame,a large sum of money ,a quantity of....etc
Yon can not describe it by big.

"The big" mean impontant.Like,my girl friend's birthday is a big day!
Big deal,Big event.....etc

Alough "large"&"big" can describe something of size, but there are a little different sometimes.
"A big hit" You can't say the quantity of hit so I think "big" is abstract.
"large-scale" is definded that product 100000 per year in manufacturing so I think "large" is concrete.

In the end,yo can say"It's big than XX".If AA is 2 kg, BB is 4 kg.
You must say "BB is large 2 kg than AA".

Meaning of the word Assignment 2

If I tell you a place where has a big screen,a great sound equipment,a dark room and many people in there. What's that?

The anser is movie.....theater...film...cinema...
WOW What's the different between them?

From "Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary",
when you search"movie" ,you will find many different words.

Cinema : a theatre where people pay to watch films

Film : a series of moving pictures, usually shown in a cinema or on television and often telling a story
& to record moving pictures with a camera, usually to make a film for the cinema or television

Movie: a cinema film

Theater(theatre): a building, room or outside structure with rows of seats, each row usually higher than the one in front, from which people can watch a performance or other activity

The movies: a cinema or group of cinemas

They seem....similar.
I think "theater, cinema and the movies"
they all mean the same thing "place".
The theater is place to watch show .
The cinema only watch movie .
In a long time ago,the movie was made with film.
